Cyclone Outdoor Power Equipment has the discretion to decline any order placed or cancel any order for any reason. Whilst every effort is made to ensure prices are always correct on our website, mistakes can occur from time to time. If this is the case, Cyclone Outdoor Power Equipment will notify you of the error and you will then have the choice to either accept the correct price or to cancel your order. Transactions will appear on your credit card statement as Cyclone Outdoor Power Equipment
for any transactions through this web site.
All prices displayed on our website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
Cyclone Outdoor Power Equipment use DPS for all online credit card payments. We do not collect or store any credit card information. When making a purchase you will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by DPS to enter your payment details. DPS is New Zealand’s largest and most preferred gateway provider at this time.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING
We will endeavour to dispatch all orders received within 48 hours of receiving payment for your order. If the requested product is out of stock, you will be notified and will be extended the option to cancel, change your order or wait for the product to become available. We use NZ Couriers or NZ Post for delivery of most goods. Cost of shipping parts to cities nationwide is $9.50 & $13.50 for rural delivery. Larger deliveries may incur increased shipping cost which will be advised prior to purchase. We do not ship to overseas addresses.
REFUNDS/RETURNS
If you receive a product that is or if you are unsatisfied with the product, please contact us within 7 days to request a replacement. We expect the product to be returned to us 'unused', in its original packaging, using the same method as the initial delivery. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. If you returns request is approved, a replacement will be sent or a refund will be made.
